Description
The season's first bale of cotton was ginned Tuesday afternoon in Tarrant County, Texas. Inspecting the cotton, left to right, are W. H. Ritchey and G. M. Bell. Mr. Ritchey is the gin owner at Haslet, Texas. He is wearing a straw hat, button-up shirt and trousers. Mr. Bell is the owner of the first bale. He is dressed in a hat, button-up shirt and trousers.
