Description
Leslie T. Smith is the scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troops number 83 and 86, of Handley, Texas. He led his scouts on a month-long clean-up campaign across the city. In addition, Mr. Smith is appealing to property owners and residents to keep the streets of Handley clean and their yards mowed. He hopes to make Handley the cleanest city in the county. Mr. Smith is standing against a wall, dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers.
