Mrs. L. F. Turner is examining one of the new trash cans installed as part of the Fort Worth Clean-up Campaign. Mrs. Turner's husband is stationed in Italy and she is doing her part to clean-up the city. Six black and white trash cans have been placed on Main and Houston at 4th, 5th and 6th Streets. Mrs. Turner is wearing a button-up dress, tied at the waist. Automobiles are driving along the street. Finegan's Beauty Shop is in the background.
