Percy Wyly was recently named Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Dallas, Texas, district FBI office. He transferred from the Indianapolis, Indiana, office and is succeeding A. P. Kitchin in Dallas. Agent Wyly is a native of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He received a law degree from Vanderbilt University. He practiced law for several years and served one term in the Oklahoma Legislature before joining the Bureau. Agent Wyly is in Fort Worth, Texas, to visit the neighboring FBI office. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a suit.
