The group of four are shown sitting at a desk together, each looking over various documents and papers. The men are wearing long-sleeve shirts with patterned ties and Mrs. Maxon is wearing a buttoned up jacket. Everyone, except for Mr. Johnson, is also wearing a pair of eyeglasses. In addition to documents, there are also pens and a small ashtray that sits on the corner of the desk. Behind them is a tall bookcase and a poster hung up next to it.
