Description
No agreement has been reached between the garbage collectors and the city of Fort Worth, Texas. Some of the 150 collectors on strike are shown at the city garage, where they tied up 53 trucks. Attempting to settle the crowd, with their backs to the automobile, are Works Director Jones and Police Chief Dysart. Three police officers are also standing by. Director Jones is dressed in a white shirt and trousers. Chief Dysart is wearing a hat, white shirt, and striped trousers.
