Description
Part of the Possum Kingdom Dam is a rock-walled bend of the Brazos river in Northwest Palo Pinto County. The dam is almost complete at this point. It is an Ambursen dam, first of the massive buttress type ever built. There will be two power generators at the dam that can supply 45,000,000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually.
