Description
City Cleanup campaign. Willie E. Cook, is shown getting ready for Sunday's cleanup drive. Cook spent his "victory holiday" cleaning his yard, neatly stacking yard trimmings and other trash in containers. There is no alley behind his house so trash will go on the curb. Cook is a public accountant. Photograph of a shirtless man, wearing pants and shoes. He is bent over picking up a basket of weed clippings. There is a garage next to him and there are several baskets of yard trimmings and a trash can nearby. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition August 16, 1945
