Description

Burlington's Vista Dome passenger car. Inspectors. Passengers, front, left to right: S. D. Carr and Lieutenant R. J. Knoll. The two men are shown seated in the passenger car with many other men seated behind them. Carr is wearing a dark suit while Knoll is wearing a military uniform. On the ceiling of the car are tiled windows. The outside can be seen from these windows.
