Description
City cleanup campaign. Willing workers were supplied by a junior-high-school-age Sunday school class at the South Summit Church of Christ to clear the alley and a large lot at the back of the church of weeds and debris in preparation for Sunday's trash pickup. Volunteers are shown posing in a overgrown city lot. They are wearing hats and work clothing. Some are holding gardening tools. There is a building behind them. Shown at the job are, left to right, Foy Robinson, Tommy Lee, Sammy Medcalf, E. A. Priddy, class teacher; Roy Holland, Jimmy Layton, Donald Cother, Carol Robinson and Ralph Holt.
