American Manufacturing Company. Mobile Navy rocket display. Lieutenant (Junior grade) C. A. Sanders looking at rocket features being pointed out by H. M. Dodd, leadman. Dodd is shown explaining to Sanders the process of threading the rocket warheads. Dodd is standing on a platform with all the rockets while Sanders and many other onlookers stand at the base of the platform and listen. Sanders is touching the rocket's base, while Dodd holds it up.
