Description
Gonzales Warm Springs Foundation. Arnold Haslund of Freeport, Texas; Edwin Witting of Wharton, Texas and Herbert Schaumburg of Houston, Texas. The trio of boys are shown together in an indoor pool, smiling at the camera and enjoying the water. Arnold and Edwin are playing with toy boats in the water while Herbert holds on to the edge of the pool. In front of them is a pipe that hangs over the length of the pool and behind them is an open door. On the wall above them are windows. The Warm Springs Foundation helps children from all over Texas who have been struck suddenly with a disease paralyzing their muscles learn how to walk again.
