Gonzales Warm Springs Foundation. Paul Seashore, 7, of Houston, Texas, and nurse Lorraine Millican. Nurse Millican is shown helping Paul stand without his crutches. Paul is smiling widely as he holds the nurse's hand and looks forward excitedly. Next to him is a small wooden chair and a pair of crutches leaned up against it. Miss Millican is dressed in her nurse's uniform and appears content as she looks down at Paul. Miss Millican works as a physiotherapist at the foundation. Behind the duo, the rest of the room can be seen, including two arches and a couple of open windows.
