Description

City cleanup campaign. If you want to be a pal of Fort Worth, says City Waste Disposal Superintendent Lacy, left, and City Street Superintendent Hester, as they urge utilization of the trash cans spotted on strategic corners in the downtown area. Hester says 18 cans are being reconditioned and that the city is ordering more new ones as part of the "get Fort Worth clean and keep it that way" phase of the current cleanup drive.
