Bobby Cannon of Edinburg, Texas, was elected president of the Texas High School Coaches Association for 1946 at a meeting of the coaches at Hardin-Simmons University, succeeding Howard Lynch, Amarillo, Texas. He is standing with hands in front and holding a hat, looking to the left. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 10, 1945.
