City Cleanup campaign. A victory garden of beans, peas and okra is shown at extreme left in this view of two model alleys on El Campo. The garden which is backed by a tall hedge, is in the rear of the home of C. L. Wills. Mrs. Archie B. Smith, is shown in her strip of alley which adjoins the Willis home.
