City Cleanup campaign. A victory garden of beans, peas and okra is shown at extreme left in this view of two model alleys on El Campo. The garden which is backed by a tall hedge, is in the rear of the home of C. L. Wills. Mrs. Archie B. Smith, is shown in her strip of alley which adjoins the Willis home. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition August 9, 1945
