Lieutenant Roland Mayer Jr., United States Navy Reserve (USNR), and his sister Ensign Margaret Mayer, of the WAVES (Women Accepted for Voluntary Emergency Service) program, are together for the first time in two years at their home, 110 Rivercrest North, Fort Worth, Texas. Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Roland G. Mayer. Brother and sister are shown seated in a sofa, facing front and smiling. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, August 7, 1945.
