City Cleanup campaign. A neighborhood playground for children on what had been an unsightly vacant lot with weeds waist high is the result of the work of Mrs. Charles Wise. Shown enjoying the playground are, left to right, her son, Charles Wise, Diane Stogner, Billy Cowan, Don Stogner and Tommy Wise. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition August 5, 1945.
