Baylor County Cowboy's Reunion at Seymour. Mrs. Joe Carr, who was born at Weatherford 81 years ago was among the prize winners at last week's Fiftieth Anniversary Baylor County Cowboys' Reunion at Seymour. Mrs. Carr, was awarded the oldest woman at the reunion. She now lives in Seymour. Mrs. Carr is shown wearing a dress and hat. A ribbon is pinned to her dress that reads, "Old Settlers Reunion Seymour Texas". Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition August 1, 1945.
