Jack Teagarden, right, who is playing a week's engagement at the Casino , gives his son, Gilbert, 17, a few pointers on his gold-plated trombone in his Worth Hotel suite before his first appearance. Gilbert, Odessa High School student, is spending the summer travelling with his dad's band. They are sitting on a couch. Gilbert is wearing a suit and Mr. Teagarden is wearing a collared shirt and trousers.
