Description
Eddie Shore has signed a long-term contract to handle the Fort Worth Rangers in the United States League and says "Fort Worth will have a team in the league which will positively operate this winter." Texas Ice Events (TIE) will continue to operate the rink at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum, but Shore will own and direct the team. Official announcement of the arrangement was made jointly by Shore, Mrs. Mina Callahan, president of TIE, and Mrs. Sally Carrigan, manager of TIE. Mr. Shore is shown sitting at a table, wearing a suit and necktie.
