Description
Shine Philips, a Big Spring druggist, wrote a book and called it "Big Spring." He is shown standing at the drug store counter and writing something on a notepad. He is wearing shirt and a bow tie. His book attracts visitors, who ask to be directed to Philips' drug store. Some of them are or have been in the armed forces. Mr. Philips is getting his greatest thrill out of his book from these visits. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 4, 1945.
