    Description

Ed Hands was among the American Legionaries and non-Legionaries who co-operated in putting on the junior baseball program in Fort Worth, Texas, this summer. Their efforts not only resulted in scores of young players getting the opportunity to participate under favorable conditions, but attracted public attention to a degree that will make future development of the junior program less difficult. Mr. Hands is standing against a wall, wearing a suit.
