Fire-year-old Jimmy Dale Weatherby volunteered to aid the photographer in picturing this example of the need for a citywide cleanup of vacant lots, such as the one where East Murphy Street, Yuma Street and Mansfield Road intersect, which has been overgrown with tall grass and weeds. Jimmy is wearing trousers and no shirt. He has one arm extended to show the height of the grass.
