Description
Albert Graham Angel, 39, and his father, J. R. Angel, 67, were charged with murder in connections with the slaying of Luther Lewis Hankins, 46, whose body was found in a smokehouse on a farm three miles northeast of Mansfield, Texas. Albert, in a signed statement, admitted that he used a machine hammer, then a piece of insulated wire, to beat and strangle Hankins to death. Albert is shown sitting in a chair, wearing a collared shirt and trousers. He is holding his hat in his lap.
