Robert F. Sloan Junior has been appointed Deputy Regional Director for the Office of Surplus Property of the Department of Commerce. Before coming to the surplus property office, Sloan was regional engineer for the Federal Works Agency. Sloan is married and has four children. They are: Sally, 19, Texas State College for Women student; Dorothy, 16, Paschal High School student; Suzanne, 10, Alice Carlson Elementary School student; and Bobby, 17, Paschal High School student. Mr. Sloan is standing against a bare wall, wearing a double breasted suit and eyeglasses.
