Standing against a brick wall, left to right, are David Grant, Grover Miller, Gene Saint John, and Donald Sellstrom. All are members of the new Texas Christian University (T. C. U.) student council. Three are on the governing body by virtue of being sophomore class officers, and the fourth, Miller, is Clark Hall representative to the council. They are all wearing their Navy uniforms.
