How research has made cotton seed a source of flour, as well as of shortening to make bread, and margarine to spread on it, will be told by C. W. McMath, Fort Worth, Texas, scientist, at the opening session of the two-day Cotton Research Congress at the Baker Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Mr. McMath, formerly with the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station, is director of research for a Fort Worth, Texas, oil mill. He is standing against a wall, wearing a suit and eyeglasses.
