    Description

    Four long-time residents and leaders in Everman, Texas, are standing in front of the town's small but busy post office. Left to right are W. A. Wilson, president of the Everman Civic League; J. R. Chambers, Postmaster; C. C. McPherson, Station Agent; and J. E. Dickeson, service station operator, who built the first business building and the first residence in Everman. Mr. Wilson is wearing a suit and a hat. The other men are wearing button-up shirts and trousers.
