Description
Members of the Citizens Association for the Blind held a picnic in Trinity Park with the Broadway Baptist Church as host. Among those present were, sitting left to right, J. B. Pruitt, Slidell, State Representative from Wise Country; A. H. Gibson, association president and Mrs. Gibson. Standing behind them is Reverend Forrest Feezor, pastor of Broadway Baptist Church. The guests are enjoying a picnic plate and soda. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 7, 1945.
