    Description

Harold Meadows, left, seaman first class, grins as he shows his honorable discharge papers, after four-and-a-half years in the Navy and seven major battles, to his sister, Miss Dorothy Louise Meadows, center, cadet nurse at John Hopkins University, and his brother, Captain Raymond Meadows, United States Army Air Forces (AAF) pilot who recently returned from Italy. They were together for the first time in four years last week at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Meadows. The three siblings are sitting on a bench, wearing their respective uniforms.
