Chief Petty Officer W. E. Whittle, and his Australian bride who came 10,000 miles to be with him. Whittle is seen to be embracing his wife, both are seated on the couch. The home has crochet pieces on the couch and the table top, and a lace curtain on the window. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 4, 1945.
