Returning Veteran Franklin Kilough, Wichita Falls, Texas, Technician Fifth Grade, is pictured here. In this picture he is standing (right) with other two soldiers who are not identified. All are wearing uniforms and smiling. They are at Texas and Pacific Station (T&P Station) and behind them is a train. Franklin, a former member of Merrill's Marauders in Burma, was one of the homecoming soldiers who passed through Fort Worth. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, June 29, 1945.
