These three natives of Europe pause to gaze up at their adopted country's flag after naturalization ceremonies in Federal District Court. They are left to right: Frank Nevelik, a native of Czechoslovakia who has lived in America 25 years, now a resident of Carlton and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Marcks, who came to this country from Germany five years ago to escape Nazi tyranny during the Holocaust.
