Carl Leon Mosier is the one year old son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Mosier. He was born on January 1, 1939 and weighed only three and a half pounds. He and his twin sister were the first babies born last year in Fort Worth, Texas. His sister died in March of influenza. Carl is beginning the new year in high spirits and good health. He is sitting on a chair wearing a sweater.
