Description
Mrs. Leonard E. Chormicle and her three-week-old daughter, Linda Darlene, whose daddy, Private Leonard Chormicle, shipped overseas with the infantry a few weeks before his daughter was born. Private Chormicle, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Chormicle, is a graduate of Polytechnic High School. His wife lives with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. K. T. Speaker. Mrs. Chormicle is shown seated and holding her baby. Next to them is a framed photograph of her husband, Private Leonard Chormicle. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition June 21, 1945.
