Display at Camp Wolters demonstrating the armed forces' efforts to collect waste paper and other salvage material. Sergeant Travis D. Glazier, of Wichita Falls, Texas, right, and Captain E. L. Blanchard Junior, of Napoleonville, Louisiana, left, are shown depicting the proper method of handling old newspapers, tin cans, and glass. They are both wearing their military uniforms and are standing on either side of a pile of newspapers and tin items. Sergeant Glazier is holding a jar of glass pieces and Captain Blanchard is holding a sheet of tin.
