Description
Sally Casey and artist Gustav Rahr are standing off to the side, at left, of the Quartermaster Deport bond buying sign, which Rahr designed. The sign depicts Uncle Sam holding an American flag and a sunrise. Text at the top of the sign reads, "The Q. M. Depot Will Sink That Rising Sun," and text along the bottom reads, "In The Mighty 7th Bond Drive." Miss Casey is in charge of bond sales at the depot. She is wearing a blouse and a polka-dot skirt. Rahr is wearing a hat, button-up shirt, eyeglasses and trousers. He is pointing to the sign.
