Three leaders in the Elks Club Flag Day War Bond Rally were, left to right, C. L. Barnhart, Lieutenant Governor John Lee Smith and Judge Thomas J. Renfro. Lieutenant Governor Smith was the principal speaker at the rally. Mr. Barnhart is wearing a striped suit. Lieutenant Governor Smith is wearing a suit and is holding a cigar in his left hand. Judge Renfro is wearing a double-breasted suit and is standing with his hands behind his back. There is a crowd and buildings in the background. An unidentified man is standing at the far left.
