Four friends spent an afternoon at River Crest Country Club after a luncheon given by Miss Kathryn Anderson, left. Others in the group are, left to right, Miss Norma Mays, Miss Bernice Woodworth, of Clayton, Missouri, and Miss Charlotte Sommers, of Dallas, Texas. Misses Mays, Woodworth and Sommers were classmates at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Miss Anderson, student at Lindenwood College at Saint Charles, Missouri, is a councilor at Camp El Tesoro, Fort Worth Camp Fire Girls camp near Granbury, Texas. The four women are gathered around a table, playing a card game. Miss Anderson is wearing a sweater and a skirt. Miss Mays is wearing a dress and a necklace. Miss Woodworth is wearing a long-sleeve dress. Miss Sommers is wearing a short-sleeve, floral print dress.
