Crewmen at the Geochemical Surveys and West Texas Drilling Company Number 1 H. B. Finch, west offset to a 2,000-foot south extension to the Reddin pool in Taylor and Jones Counties. One of the members of the crew Harold Ball is pictured here. He is shown at the work area, seated outside and working with tools. He is wearing trousers, full sleeved shirts, gloves, hat and shoes. He is smoking a cigarette. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 1, 1945.
