Description
Members of the Tarrant County Road Committee went on a two-hundred mile tour of sections of the county's road system. They are studying ways to reduce road and bridge costs in the county. Harold McCammond is showing Mrs. F. L. Motheral, the defects in an asphalt spreader. Mr. McCammond is an employee at the Precinct 1 garage. He is wearing a hat, button-up shirt, and coveralls. Mrs. Motheral, a committee member, is finding the tour educational. She is dressed in a hat and a fur coat.
