Fatal Accident. Shot showing the Kellis Street crossing of Katy railroad where Miss Sammie White was killed. The automobile in which she was riding collided with a switch engine. The driver, Van Earl Brown suffered serious injuries. There are cars driving along Kellis Street and houses on either side of the road. In the foreground, there is a shadow belonging to the photographer.
