The couple met during his stint in Moscow with the United States Office of War Information (O. W. I.). Mrs. Boothe was born in Russia. She is wearing a button-up dress with a patterned around the collar and sleeves. Mr. Boothe is wearing a dress shirt with cuffed sleeves, necktie, and trousers. The couple are in Fort Worth, Texas visiting Mr. Boothe's father I. T. Boothe and sister, Mrs. F. L. Park. Mr. and Mrs. Boothe are show sitting on a couch, sorting through a string of short snorter bills.
