The first half of the Industrial Softball League has come to a close with Grapette out in front. Players on the first place team, left to right, on the back row are base coach Robert Porey, Kenneth Bailey, and Manager Johnny Edgin. On the middle row are Lester Allred, Charlie Fulkerson, Red Meyers, Red Clakk, and Denzil Allcock. On the front row are Vernon Tucker, Adrian Conlin, Froggie Cagigal and Rudy Flores. Laying in the grass at the front is Toughy Ochoa, bat boy.
