Mitchell, and Mrs. Frank Goldthwaite, winner of Women's State Championship. The two giant cups that symbolize Texas' coveted golfing titles for both men and women will be "at home" on the River Crest mantel. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition June 12, 1940.
