Description
The Texas Veterinary Medical Association is meeting to discuss wartime animal care. Pictured left to right are Doctor Charles W. Koberg and Dr. J. G. Hardenbergh. The association has been commended for their protection of livestock during the wartime veterinarian shortage. Dr. Koberg, of San Angelo, Texas, is the president of the association. He is dressed in a plaid, button-up shirt and trousers. Dr. Hardenbergh is a veterinarian in Chicago, Illinois. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Both men are in Fort Worth, Texas for a one-day board session of the association.
