Description

The Popular Clothiers' amateur baseball team is transitioning into new ownership. Inspecting the uniform and discussing the new Panther City League team are Smokey Joe Smith (left) and Harrold Webb. Smith is a pitcher and player-manager of the team. He is dressed in a hat and a suit. Mr. Webb previously played with Convair, but the owner will join the Popular Clothiers' nine. He is wearing a button-up shirt with cuffed sleeves.
