Mrs. R. H. Bridges, left, whose husband is in France, and her mother, Mrs. J. A. Carrigan, who has three sons in service, are shown with some of the masses of Easter Lilies they grew and gave to Ridglea Presbyterian Church on Mother's day for altar and chancel decoration in honor of service men of the congregation and their mothers. Vases of Easter Lilies are displayed on a table while the ladies stand behind it. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 14, 1945.
