Mother remembered. Admiring the long-stemmed red roses received Tuesday from Coxswain M. H. Fine Junior, who is in the Southwest Pacific, are his wife, center, and young son, Sandy, and his mother-in-law, Mrs. O. L. Drake, Photograph of two women and a young male child. All are sitting next to each other on a sofa. A coffee table with a vase of roses is in front of them. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition May 9, 1944.
